A friend of mine went to Boston the other day for a meeting, which was focused on Vibrams, and most importantly the Bikilas. Here's a few leaks:
-The Bikilas as we know are made for running. The pods on the bottom are not, however, designed to give more cushion, but to disperse forces encountered when running up and down hills. This was in response to runners in other models who get hotspots, blisters, and sore toes in hilly terrain (I think all of us runners know what they're talking about).
-The Bikilas will not have a single seam facing the foot. This will take care of long distance runners who get discomfort from one or more of the seams in the other miles as their feet sweat and swell (like the seam over the toe in the Trek that always gets me)

Here's something that will make everyone happy: Vibram has been changing their export policies. Instead of only a few giant shipments by ship, we are getting many small shipments by plane weekly. This is why crops of certain styles and colors are popping up "randomly" all over, and will hopefully help keep everyone supplied (we just got resupplied with women's black KSOs and mens black Flows, but they are disappearing rapidly).

Thankfully do not get any of the issues listed but nice to see views have been taken on board and designed accordingly.

The seam improvement would be really nice.  Over long distances without socks those can be an issue.
